Known as "The Garden City" for its miles of beautiful coastline and easily accessible public parks, Beverly is a postcard community showcasing all that New England has to offer and more!**The Supervisor of Telecommunications provides coordination and oversight of all Switchboard functions including creation and management of all Processes and Protocols, Training, and Quality Assurance. Acts as the liaison between hospital staff, physicians, their office managers and all departments to maintain accurate contact information for the software database (Amcom/SmartWeb). Collaborates with physician offices and the Medical Staff Office to ensure on call accuracy. Assures all operators and SmartWeb editors are trained on the system. Responsible for the hiring, training and management of switchboard staff. Sets standings for customer service. Responsible for maintaining current software system data. Represents the department at appropriate committees and meetings.
