As a Senior Product Associate in Audiences Product team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.Personalization and Insights are an integral part of millions of Chase customers financial journeys. The Personalization Audiences Product in the Acquisition Marketing Product supports connecting the marketing ecosystem by building personalized content and experiences.**Job responsibilities**+ Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery+ Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience+ Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers+ Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle+ Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development in Gherkin format.+ Collaborate with Product and Technology leadership to discover, design, and deliver customer features in our agile environment.+ Work with data, product, and engineering teams to conduct appropriate discovery and be able to understand the depth and breadth of the impact of the problem to be solved.+ Work with scrum team and participate in all agile ceremonies of the product development life cycle.+ Support effective product roadmap and sprint planning while developing strong relationship with business, marketing, and technology stakeholders.+ Collaborate with other product teams, technical architects, and developers to refine feature requirements, design, solution, and effort sizing.**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**+ 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area+ Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery and requirements definition+ Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy+ Experience defining user experience needs, writing epics, stories, and acceptance criteria+ Direct experience working with an agile team, familiarity with agile practices and ability to work independently.+ Highly organized and self-motivated to help deliver personalized, customer-focused features+ Knowledge of API-based features, Kafka event driven architecture, Java, AWS.+ Experience working in Jira and Confluence.**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**+ Knowledge of Test Driven Development+ Desire to learn about emerging technologies and the application of those to personalizing customer experience+ Ability to learn and thrive in a technically complex environment.+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or SystemsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
