Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.**Job responsibilities**+ Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery+ Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience+ Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers+ Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle+ Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development+ Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and process documentation, to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing across teams.+ Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.+ Continuously seek opportunities to improve business processes, systems, and tools. Propose and implement enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.+ Work with end-users to validate and verify that the documented requirements meet their needs and expectations. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.+ Identify potential risks and issues related to business processes and technology implementations. Develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.+ Support change management activities by helping to develop communication plans, training materials, and transition strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**+ 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area+ Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle+ Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition+ Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy+ Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and document requirements clearly.+ Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis, documentation, and requirement gathering.+ Ability to identify problems, think critically, and develop practical solutions. This includes troubleshooting technical issues and proposing process improvements.+ Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights to support business decisions. Proficiency in using analytical tools and techniques is essential.+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, build relationships with stakeholders, and facilitate discussions to gather requirements and resolve issues.+ Basic understanding of project management principles, including task prioritization, time management, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.+ A strong focus on understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external customers, ensuring that solutions are user-friendly and add value to the business.**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**+ Understanding of business processes, industry trends, and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.+ Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python), database management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
