Delivering an excellent customer experience is central to our purpose and this role reflects our rapid investment in reaching customers digitally, all while adding that personal touch everyone's new home journey deserves.**Role & Responsibilities** : Under the supervision of the Social Media Marketing Manager, the Social Media Specialist will support a vast array of brands. These types of brands could include social media marketing in the manufactured, modular, park model and cabins, and business development in the offsite construction industry. This person will need to have a strong work ethic, ability to juggle many tasks at one time, have strong written and verbal communication skills and a background in graphics and video production. On-camera experience is a bonus.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**+ Manages and monitors social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube for the company's twelve brands.+ Brainstorms content ideas, creates editorial calendars for content, and creates and uploads content to social pages.+ Engages followers across multiple platforms by answering questions, comments, and messages.+ Gathers user generated content and creates compelling social posts from the content found+ Routinely completes a competitor analysis to understand other social media strategies in the industry+ Analyzes post metrics to determine the success of the content, and implement recommendations based on findings+ Stays ahead of current social trends and strategies to make suggestions based on their findings.+ Sources and works with content creators to grow our affiliate marketing program.+ Spearheads our review and reputation management initiative.**Required Proven Experience with:**+ Familiar with graphic design concepts and proven ability to create social media graphics.+ Strong video editing skills and experience with video editing software+ Familiar with social media platforms, marketing and management tools+ Strong written and verbal communication skills+ Excellent customer service skills**Qualifications:**+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, advertising or similar field.+ 2-5 years' experience in social media marketing and analytics.**ACHIEVE YOUR DREAMS WITH US AND APPLY NOW!****EEO Statement**Champion Home Builders is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
