This Individual will be responsible for the operational administration, maintenance and availability of our global Identity and Access Management infrastructure. The candidate will partner with our application, infrastructure, and security teams to drive a secure robust IT environment.Duration: Until end of 2024 with extension in 2024Location: 100% Remote (EST/CST)The individual will be part of the operational subject matter experts for global IAM infrastructure. The primary focus of the candidate will be to drive the overall improvement of the services.The ideal candidate for the Technology lead position will have a broad range of IT and Security skills and experiences with a focus in Identity and Access Management, ActiveDirectory (AD) / Azure/Entra ID Active Directory, Authentication, Single Sign On, Privileged Access Management (PAM), correlation, and analysis. He or she should have an aptitude for learning new technologies, multitask effectively and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Act as the level 2 support for IAM services by resolving incidents\problems and performing root cause analysis of issues.Identify process improvement opportunities through reporting and data analysis.? Facilitate the deployment of new Identity and Access Management (IAM)features.? Facilitate application and infrastructure integrations with our IAM platforms.? Ensure compliance with existing processes and security policies.? Mentor and develop junior team members.? Provide On-call coverage for off hours support as needed.? Develop operational processes, service metrics and dashboards.? Develop and execute service improvement plans based on service metrics.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's Degree in IT or Security related field is preferred.Experience and Skills:? Expert level proficiency in at least 3 of the following IAM technologies (Active directory, Azure/ MS Entra ID, identity management platforms, Single Sign On (SSO), LDAP virtual directories, PKI)? Ability to new technical material to resolve issues and providerecommendation? Experience with core infrastructure services (DNS, Wins, Firewalls, etc.)? Experience with Windows 2019 Server and current Windows Operating systems? Works independently with minimal direction as well as part of a group? Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and ability tocommunicate to all levels of management as well as end users? Intermediate skillset in PowerShell or other or skill scripting tools? Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Preferred:? Experience in an infrastructure operational role.?
