Media Disbursement Associate_

Our client, a fortune 500 advertising and marketing company is seeking a Media Disbursement Associate to join their team in Omaha, NE. The Media Disbursement Associate is responsible for all tasks related to the disbursement of checks, validating client payments, resolving vendor inquiries, and gathering audit documentation. The ideal candidate would have organization skills, be inquisitive, coachable, able to handle high volume emails, and is good with research.**Job Title: Media Disbursement Associate****Location: Omaha, NE (Hybrid)****Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.****Job Type: 3-month contract with the potential to convert/FTE****What’s the Job?**+ Oversee daily printing and mailing of checks while managing positive pay file transmissions and exceptions.+ Research and respond to vendor inquiries across various systems.+ Handle check voiding, reissuing, and maintain the canceled check file.+ Monitor accounts payable for exceptions and assist with payment-related tasks, including unclaimed property processing.+ Perform month-end metrics reporting and ensure compliance with hybrid work requirements.**What’s Needed?**+ High school diploma/GED, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
