Grow your skills and drive our success today by joining our team!In this role, the Graphic Production Coordinator will be responsible for the successful execution of custom environmental graphics in our stores, offices, and warehouses. The coordinator will collaborate with divisional real estate teams, print vendors, and installers to ensure excellent environmental graphic execution. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with graphic materiality and have an educational background in Graphic Design or Architecture. The objective of this role is to ensure our graphic intents come to life in real world environments!**Position Type:** Full-Time**Starting Wage:** $29.75 per hour**Work Location:** Dublin, OHThis role is eligible to participate in ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).**Duties and Responsibilities:**Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.• Collaborates with multiple departments and vendors to ensure follow through on all creative deliverables.• Researches market trends and presents comprehensive material and installation recommendations to align with company objectives.• Provides technical advice on design, material, and installation related matters to their direct leader; participates in the evaluation of test items, when requested.• Liaises and communicates with National Services, divisional teams, outside consultants, vendors, and contractors, as necessary, to achieve project objectives.• Advises on any changes or actions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.• Informs management of recurring issues.• Recommends process improvements for area of responsibility.• Supports creative graphic design projects from production to completion.• Participates in and supports the creative process by researching market trends and presenting comprehensive recommendations to align with company objectives.• Manages multiple projects at once by prioritizing, setting deadlines and coordinating the flow of information internally and/or externally.• Develops custom installation guides for graphic packages.• Identifies and implements cost saving opportunities for any permanent graphics.• Assists their direct leader in presenting the ALDI concept and plans at various meetings.• Reviews all plans, verifying existing conditions, scope, coordination, and feasibility of custom graphics; presents findings to their direct leader for review.• Establishes and maintains productive working relationships with all third parties, effectively addressing any concerns raised so that project deadlines are met.• Initiates the ordering process for all custom graphics, reviews and approves shop drawings and sign pages; coordinates the delivery dates with the general contractor/construction project manager schedule.• Ensures work is completed in accordance with the design intent and specifications, to the highest quality standards and within the required duration and budget through general contractor and vendor coordination.• Determines field changes necessary to solve issues at hand.• Verifies needs, costs, format, and appropriate backup for all proposed change orders; authorizes field changes, within appropriate threshold, and provides explanations to their direct leader.• Coordinates production and implementation of custom graphics projects, ensuring compliance with governmental codes, ALDI design intent, and material specifications, within the specified time frame and budget.• Qualifies and recommends installers to their direct leader to bid on future work; develops existing installers to increase engagement and installation efficiency.• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.• Complies with ALDI privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information.• Other duties as assigned.**Job-specific Competencies:**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities• Consistently demonstrates the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.• Gives attention to detail and follows instruction.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Effective time management;
