The impact Global Services has on customers is as diverse as it is significant, helping them upskill their workforce, and with landing, operating, modernizing, and transforming their workloads on AWS, with value-add partners and security embedded throughout.The Global Services Go-to-Market (GTM) Content Lead is responsible for the creation and management of GS GTM content assets and the related portfolio. This includes developing the GS GTM content strategy and plan, content taxonomy and standards, content development, production, publishing, and quality control of GTM content assets, through to lifecycle management, and driving adoption, use, and business impact through the assets. This role collaborates with other full-time and part-time GTM content focused roles in the GS Business Units, GTM/BD/Sales and product teams in the GS BUs, and stakeholder teams such as other AWS enablement and sales tooling teams to ensure that the AWS field teams, Service and Industry Specialist teams, and GS BD/Sales teams have consistent high quality GS GTM content for self-service use that creates growing awareness and pull-through for GS services/offerings. The role will own the GS AWS Field content portal (Highspot) presence, ensuring that the GS and GS BUs collective Highspot presence is easy for stakeholder teams to navigate and provides a high-quality user experience. This role also partners with the AWS Field Experience (AFX) team and the Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE) team to identify high priority GS GTM content needs and presents GTM content in the flow of work for the various field sales/specialist/partner/SA/CSM roles in SMGS. A person in this role also needs to earn trust and partner with the similar roles focused on GTM content and Enablement and Sales tooling that are located elsewhere in AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) to embed relevant GS GTM content in their Highspot presence and content assets. The role must be comfortable leading and influencing cross functional global teams in dynamic organizations as most of the responsibilities will have dependency on other teams, and leading and influencing virtually.The right candidate will have demonstrated experience in content led scaling, and a track-record of delivering results. A candidate must be highly proficient in the tools of the trade required to produce, publish, maintain high quality content assets in multiple formats (text, video, audio, etc.), content management systems such as Highspot, and help drive best-in-class content led self-service awareness and adoption of GS services/offerings. Relevant experience in a technology products organization in a content led scaling role is required. Experience with AWS services and how various capabilities in Global Services help drive AWS adoption will also be helpful for a fast-start. The person will need exceptional digital content production, editorial, and publishing skills supplemented by strong synthesis, structuring, and problem-solving skills to translate ambiguous and incomplete information into high-quality content and deliver results. A demonstrated experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and alignment, strong communications skills, a customer-obsessed collaborative approach, and a strong data/metrics bias is needed.Key job responsibilities• Establish the GS GTM content strategy, plan, taxonomy, standards, and roadmap to ensure consistency and quality across the GS GTM content portfolio and support the go-to-market activities for AWS Global Services.• Develop and manage GS the AWS Field content portal (Highspot) presence and experience for GS GTM content.• Produce and publish GS GTM content, including ensuring the right controls that ensure high-quality assets while balancing speed to market.• Drive content self-service use and adoption, including establishing feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.• Partner with the AFX team to integrate GS GTM content in the AWSentral/Salesforce “flow of work” for various priority roles and mechanisms in SMGS.• Partner with the Worldwide Field Enablement team to integrate GS GTM content in the learning and enablement curriculums.• Manage portfolio and lifecycle of GS GTM content in Highspot.• Oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle, from ideation and development to publishing, distribution, and performance tracking.Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- 3+ years of experience with hands on Go-To-Market content development, production, and managementPreferred Qualifications- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- 7+ years of Go-To-Market experience in a technical environment- Experience in a global or world-wide roleAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $83,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
