Comprised of teams possessing passion, innovation, and an open culture of excellence, we are actively seeking talent with a diverse set of backgrounds and experiences across all industries to apply for open positions.As a TCC Communications & Media Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with the team responsible for providing communication and media support to high-profile department, client, and organizational areas.This is a hybrid role based out of either Phoenix, Dallas or Chicago.**What You’ll Do:**+ Coordinate and lead the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.+ Drive the development and delivery of communications, including content and media strategies. This includes content, and strategies. media plans and programming in support of the business.+ Act as a media contact and build long-term relationships with influencers. Coordinate with media channels and have full ownership of the budget.+ Review and approve all internal and external communication plans. This includes content and media strategies, conducting interviews and surveys, and brainstorming sessions.+ Be responsible for the management of social media profiles and presence. Stay up to date on the current media marketplace and trends. Develop and conduct social media training.+ Partner with key collaborators and executive management on short and long-term projects. Create and track performance metrics and campaign outcomes. Ensure that key messages align with company values and goals.+ Review data collected from interviews, surveys, and brainstorming sessions. Evaluate and share the results with the team.+ Distribute high-profile press releases, pitch breaking news and coordinate, and prep speakers for important interviews.+ Stay up to date on the current marketplace and trends. Learn new programs, technology, and software and introduce them to the department as needed.+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to accept a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.+ Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.+ Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.+ Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within subject area.**What You’ll Need:**To perform this job successfully, an individual is to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.+ Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
