Provide direction, guidance and support to achieve company objectives.+ Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with company goals and objectives.+ Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to see opportunities for differentiation and growth.+ Manage the marketing budget and track return on investment for all marketing efforts.+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners and internal teams.+ Stay current on industry standard methodologies and trends to improve and evolve marketing strategies continuously.+ Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.+ Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and build relationships when/where applicable.+ Supervise and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.+ Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with brand guidelines and company standards.+ Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing strategies and tools that support their business development, property marketing and growth efforts.+ Present monthly and quarterly marketing reports to management.+ Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own field, and how own subject area integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.+ Identify and solve complex technical and operational problems. Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.+ Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job field.**What You'll Need:**To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.+ Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job field, multiple job subject areas, and department.+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.+ Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mentality.+ Intermediate math skills. The minimum salary for the Sr Marketing Manager position is $115,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $135,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
