This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact and grow with mentorship support. As a Senior Marketing Specialist, youll use your strategic knowledge to manage business development projects for the marketing team from conception to completion. This position is responsible for preparing proposals, presentations, communication materials, and other administrative duties.This job is part of the General Marketing job function. They are responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's products and services.**What You'll Do:**+ Run point on business development materials. This includes collaborating with graphic designers on the creation of pursuit presentations and proposals from start to finish, ensuring that materials meet established standards for company branding, messaging, and winning formulas.+ Produce results and make design edits. This individual will also use InDesign and PowerPoint to produce entire deliverables or edit existing files for some projects as needed.+ Work well with many viewpoints. This position works closely with the full marketing team, internal collaborators, market leaders, brokers, platform partners, and support staff, and will handle contending opinions and priorities. Youll explain ideas, make recommendations, and get feedback to implement changes.+ Provide quality control for materials. Proofread business development materials and external/internal communications, including regional market presentations and growth marketing initiatives, ensuring that appropriate content and formatting are used.+ Pivot and adapt based on priorities/deadlines. Communicate direction clearly with the marketing and project team using our new project management tool and in-person collaboration.+ Research opportunities and forecast trends with statistical data. Measure the effectiveness of current marketing campaigns.+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.+ Prior experience with data visualization tools.+ Broad knowledge of Marketing Research and some knowledge of several job subject areas within the function.+ Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.+ Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suit.
