To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (enovo.com/) .**Description and Requirements**Lenovo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Launch Program Manager responsible for orchestrating the successful introduction of new B2B and B2C products, solutions, and services into the North America market. The Marketing Launch Program Manager will oversee the launch of new B2B and B2C products, solutions, and services into the North American market, supporting the Sales and Marketing organization.This program management role involves working with cross-functional teams to drive the development and execution of marketing launch strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. This role ensures go-to-market readiness by defining and tracking launch scope, deliverables, timelines, execution against plans, and resource allocation.+ Work with Worldwide Marketing, North America Marketing, PR, Business Units, Product Management, Sales teams, and Alliance partners to develop comprehensive launch plans, establishing clear timelines and milestones for each team involved.+ Enable North America Marketing and Sales team by serving as the Geo source of launch-related information, consolidating launch details from various sources, and communicating to relevant project members while adhering to embargoed guidelines.+ Facilitate formal review and input processes from North America marketing and product teams to ensure relevancy and clarity.+ Represent the NA Geo in Worldwide launch planning meetings, influencing WW-to-Geo NPI deliverables, such as messaging, product positioning, product naming, and creative campaigns.+ Monitor the progress of launch project teams, driving accountability for meeting deadlines and deliverables. Identify and address bottlenecks or challenges early to prevent delays.+ Provide timely and concise updates on portfolio launch plans to senior management, effectively communicating progress against targets, potential issues, and recommendations to mitigate risks.+ Track product availability schedule and launch plans for go-to-market channels (e.g., retailers, retailers, and channel partners), ensuring pre-sale and on-shelf readiness.+ Monitor and communicate product launch marketing KPIs, customer feedback, and sales metrics post-launch.+ Implement process improvements to enhance future product launch strategies and activities.**Basic Qualifications:**+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.+ 7+ years of marketing experience managing product launches in the technology field**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.+ PMP Certified+ Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other marketing teams.+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.+ Microsoft Office 360 proficient_We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class._**Additional Locations** :* United States of America - North Carolina - Morrisville* United States of America* United States of America - North Carolina* United States of America - North Carolina - Morrisville
