**Overview****Master Halco** , North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing, decking, railing, outdoor structures, and perimeter security products is seeking a **RFID Systems Coordinator** **.**The **RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Systems Coordinator** must be able to collaborate with people across all departments of the company as well as external vendors to achieve strategic goals.This is a crucial role to help support the RFID Systems Manager to implement and manage the company’s Factory Track (RFID) platform as well as optimize development of the current system.Customer service improvement and utilization efficiency are key components for this position.**Why join Master Halco?**+ A culture that values opportunity for growth, development and internal promotion+ Competitive compensation package with salary range of $75,000 to $90,000+ Comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits programs+ 401K retirement savings program with company match+ Tuition reimbursement of up to $10K per academic year+ Generous paid time off and paid holidays+ Donation match programThis is a very exciting time to join our company.We are continuing to grow, introducing new products, making technological investments, and implementing innovative marketing strategies.We are also focused on our people -- our most important resource.**Responsibilities**Job responsibilities and oversight to include but not limited to:+ Collaborate and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful RFID implementation+ Support the transition from start to finish at each location+ Support ongoing optimization and support for the system and/or locations+ Convert non-technology locations to Factory Track (RFID) Systems+ Ensure excellent internal & external customer service levels+ Assist in coordinating operational process changes to allow for a smoother customer experience+ Partner with multiple departments to help facilitate system and process changes+ Cost control and expense management+ Support financial performance metrics+ Compliance (e.g., Policy, SOP, JSOX, Safety, etc.)+ Special projects as assigned**Qualifications**+ Experience in implementing and/or supporting supply chain execution systems+ Proven facilitation and presentation skills+ Well-rounded business acumen+ Exceptional organizational, time management, trouble shooting and multi-tasking skills+ Ability to work cross-functionally with people of all levels and departments to garner resources and knowledge needed to accomplish goals+ Ability to identify areas for improvement and take timely action+ Strong collaborator and ability to develop partnerships across businesses internally and externally+ Experience developing long-term strategy and executable plans to support an organization’s direction**Required Education and Experience**+ Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associates degree, two-year college, technical school, or equivalent work experience+ Two (2) plus years of experience in operations support+ Experience executing operational improvement projects+ Computer Skills: MS Office, Word, Excel, ability to learn software tools**Work Environment**Remote work, Office setting and field travel.**Physical Demands**This job requires the ability to sit, climb, stand, lift and/or move. Must be able to travel.**Position Type and Expected Hours of Work**This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday.
