Marketing Creator_

Kelly Services is in search of an Intern to work Part-time as a Marketing Creator, that will work in our clients Professional Marketing team. We are looking for someone with a proven track record, an autonomous mindset and comfort behind and in front of the camera. This is a Dallas-based position in which the person will play a role in creating entertaining content in-office and at Dermatologist Practices across the US, driving the entire content creation process from ideation to videography to editing, with a high emphasis on short-form and long-form videos.Responsibilities+ Create/Plan, video, and edit short-form and long-form brand videos+ Develop ideas for constant content delivery in platforms such as Tik Tok, YouTube, and Instagram for 2024 and 2025+ Has shown strong podcasting skills+ Collaborates with marketing team to establish goals, messaging, and creates a streamlined pool of content+ Follows industry trends and executes best practices in brand content+ Work with Content Specialist to schedule and publish content across various platforms while optimizing posting schedules for maximum reach and engagement+ Support dermatologist influencer content generation editing+ Write engaging, informative and SEO optimized videos that aligns with the brand's content strategy and target audience+ Support HCP social and Influencer programsMinimum Requirements:+ In the process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree, 1+ year of experience in digital marketing+ Experience with Premier Pro Adobe+ Experience in Capcut, Tik Tok and other editing platforms+ Cross-functional experience preferred, proven track record of collaboration and coordination with key internal and external stakeholders (including external agency partners).+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills: ability to articulate a point of view succinctly and effectively.+ Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, effectively prioritize and remain detail oriented.+ Eager to learn. Ability to rapidly adapt and execute plans in fast paced environment.+ Comprehensive and proactive analytical/strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to synthesize data into a key action/strategy and manage through from development to key performance metrics.+ Ability and confidence to work effectively and with a sense of urgency across a global matrix enterprise, and to influence without authority.+ Adaptability, resilience and tenacity and ability to quickly pivot.+ Proficient in English, MS Office; especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint+ Availability to travel >40% timeLocation: Downtown DallasPart-time Role / up to 30 hrs a weekM-F/8am-5pm (6hrs a day)Temporary Contract/6mosPayrate $20-28hrAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
