Which is why we foster a culture of inclusion and belonging where all perspectives, abilities and experiences are valued and our people can reach their potential.At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.Key Responsibilities:+ Applies in-depth Product Management knowledge to carry out daily operations under moderate supervision.+ Conducts complex analyses to create reports on consumer behavior, product performance, and market trends.+ Researches and evaluates new Product Management techniques and recommends enhancements to existing processes and protocol.+ Creates presentations to illustrate progress on product developments, launches, and roadmaps.+ Conducts pricing calculations for new products to determine product value based on market assessments.+ Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.+ Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.**Qualifications**Education:+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; equivalent experience is also considered.Experience and Skills:Required:+ Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry+ Strong negotiation and closing skills+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred:+ Experience selling surgical devices or medical equipment+ Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical terminology+ Bilingual in English and Spanish+ Valid driver's licenseOther:+ Fluency in both English and Spanish is required+ Travel percentage: Up to 50%, primarily within Puerto Rico+ This position does not require union membership+ Valid driver's license is required for this roleJohnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
