If your answer is yes, FirstBank is the number one place for you.A Brief OverviewThe DIGITAL UX/UI DESIGNER MANAGER is responsible for driving the strategic vision, development, and execution of digital products and design initiatives. This role combines a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and technical advancements to enhance FirstBank’s public website and digital user experience across all digital channels in all three regions.What You’ll Need to SucceedDesign vision and strategy:Develop and drive FirstBank’s digital UX/UI strategy through design recommendations and guidelines that support business goals and enhance the customer journey across all digital touchpoints Bank wide.Product vision and strategy:Lead and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the public website that aligns with FirstBank’s goals and customer needs. Evaluate market trends and customer feedback to adjust the product strategy as needed.Design excellence:Ensure all digital interfaces are user-centric and follow brand guidelines and best practice standards, promising a cohesive and engaging user experience. Gather and document user experience design requirements and guidelines for FirstBank’s suite of digital assets.Product development:Support the product management team in the creation, development, and optimization of digital sale products and services in public website. Create and maintain a product roadmap outlining the website’s development milestones and priorities.Design and prototyping:Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Develop mockups and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and ideas for third-party front-end developers of retail and some commercial digital channels.Design execution:Lead the design and implement intuitive user-friendly interfaces for FirstBank’s public website and online sale channels that align with FirstBank’s brand guidelines and standards.User research and analysis:Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors and pain points. Analyze user feedback and activity and iterate to enhance user experiences. Provide guidance on research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of product officers, designers, and analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Market Analysis: Share industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth in digital banking.Other responsibilities:Performance Management:Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital products and design initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Customer Focus: Advocate for the needs and preferences of our customers, ensuring that digital products are designed with a customer-first mindset, enhancing usability and satisfaction.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to align digital product initiatives with business needs, regulatory requirements, and technological capabilities, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new features and improvements. Promote and communicate design choices and direction to multiple stakeholders. Work closely with QA teams to ensure that all features and updates are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.Release Planning:Plan and prioritize product releases, determining which features and enhancements will be included in each release.ADA and SEO:Ensures ADA compliance and SEO best practice of public website and all applications used by the bank.Risk Management: Id entify and mitigate risks related to public website products, making informed decisions to optimize the development process. Adapt to changing circumstances and emerging issues while maintaining focus on the products’ goals.Other: Development, maintenance and effective management of public website and digital assets development procedures including procedures used by third parties. Manages assigned budget responsibly. Complies with regulator.Minimum Requirements You’ll Need:Bachelor’s degree in design.The incumbent must have at least (8) eight to (10) ten years of experience in UX/UI Design and (3) three to (5) five years in product management.License and/or Certification in UX/UI Design and Scrum Product Owner.
