Description:Seeking an experienced technical knowledge and process writer to work with the CS Operations Team (Professional Services, Customer Success Management & Technical Support teams globally.) This consultant must be in the Dallas Fort-Worth metroplex and open to coming on-site 3 days a week to their Plano location*** LOOKING FOR EXPERTISE IN PROCESS WRITING FOR:Professional ServicesCustomer Success ManagementTechnical SupportThis consultant will work with the Manager and Director of Ops for Customer Success Organization. The consultant will be helping leadership look at current state business process flows, documenting these and working on making improvements across the Customer Success Organization to the business process flow.Responsibilities:• Develop, organize, write and edit technical, business, and operational procedures and manuals, knowledge articles, runbooks, etc. while collaborating with other writers, business stakeholders, technical engineers, etc. to collect requirements and follow standardized content process methodologies• Design and standardized processes flows and governance for internal and external content management and maintenance across multiple platforms and media types• Collaborate with other writers to develop and maintain the continuity of style of all content and process management methodology• Adhere to project management standards and deliverables• Develop templates, styles, formats, layouts, standards for documentation curation, updates, and maintenance• Manage multiple projects or tasks specific to content and process management initiativesAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
