Real Estate Lending Documentation SpecialistLocation: Pensacola, FLCompany: Fortune 500 Credit UnionOverview:TEKsystems seeks an experienced Documentation Specialist to lead and manage the creation of procedure and policy documents. You’ll be pivotal in a major overhaul project, taking full ownership of the building and maintaining a documentation library. This role requires strong technical writing, autonomy, and the ability to mentor team members.Key Responsibilities:· Technical Writing: Develop clear, concise documentation for procedures, policies, and communications.· Project Management: Autonomously lead the creation and maintenance of a documentation library.· Collaboration: Work closely with team members, management, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy.· Training & Support: Provide end-user support for electronic manuals and reference materials.· Communication: Ensure effective and clear communication of all materials.· Multitasking: Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:· Experience: Strong knowledge in writing procedural documents, with the ability to work with subject matter experts to accurately document processes.· Project Leadership: Experience in leading documentation projects independently.· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.· Time Management: Excellent multitasking and time management skills.· Desired: Familiarity with SharePoint, Adobe Experience Manager, and Navy Federal’s products and services.Education:· Preferred: Associate degree in communication studies or equivalent experience.About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
