Organizational Communication Project Manager_

**Job Description:**+ Primary responsibilities include owning the communication operations PMO side of the project, managing the communications execution based on pre-set strategy, documentation and reporting.+ Additionally help in upkeep the day-to-day operational rigor. This is a critical role impact several cross functional teams.**Responsibilities:**+ Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project efforts.+ Execute communications plans based on the pre-established strategy.+ Develop and distribute relevant communications materials.+ Track and report on communication effectiveness.+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.+ Prepare and submit timely reports.+ Identify and address any operational challenges or inefficiencies.**Experience:**+ Proven experience in project management, ideally with a focus on operations or PMO.+ Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as project management software, communication platforms, and reporting tools.+ Typical artifacts include communications plans, metrics and status reports, decision logs, newsletters, and websites.+ Continuous Improvement ability to establish systems to identify improvements and drive future needs around business processes, products, or services on an ongoing basis, through measurement of performance, progress, and success metrics+ Typical artifacts include metric plans (e.g., leading and trailing KPIs), dashboards, trend analyzes, control charts, and retrospectives.**Skills:**+ Communications Management and Effectiveness Tracking.+ Operational Support.+ Documentation and Reporting.+ Presentation and Slide/Deck.**Education:**+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.**About US Tech Solutions:**US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
