Are you ready to go beyond?Job Summary: Provide inspection and production support for engine build operations.This is a Weekend position: Friday – Sunday 6:30am – 7pmWhat You Will Do:+ Work with Configuration Inspectors (CX) and Production Control (PC) functions to support on-time engine roll to assembly+ Direct material flow and communications through proper channels+ Perform module interface inspections and disposition+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise+ Monitor and ensure processes meet company objectives, goals and targetsQualifications You Must Have:+ HS Diploma or GED+ CX Inspection stamp obtained and held for minimum of 2 consecutive years+ Demonstrated working knowledge of multiple engine modules (5 minimum)+ 6+ months’ Production Control (PC) experience (Gate 3 or Gate 1 experience and other relevant experience will be considered in lieu of PC experience+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Qualifications We Prefer:+ Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License OR Powerplant (P)+ 6 plus years of relevant experience: 4 plus technical working experience in aviation, manufacturing, or warehouse and/or education to include currently attending, and leadership experience.+ Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeWhat We Offer:+ Medical, dental, vision and life insurance+ Short-term disability, long-term disability and parental leave+ 401(k) match+ Flexible spending accounts+ Employee assistance program+ Employee Scholar Program (No waiting period!)+ Paid time off including: 3 weeks of vacation, 5 personal sick days, 3 unpaid days for unique situations at supervisor discretion, and 12 paid government holidays throughout the year inclusive of holiday shutdown for the week between Christmas and New Year.What is my role type?In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work.
