Our approach includes an integrated CR department, including research, policy, philanthropy, government relations, public engagement and sustainability, as well as deep integration into the business.As a Head of Communications for Philanthropy and Firmwide Impact, Corporate Responsibility Executive Director you will be responsible for leading a clear and comprehensive narrative around JPMorganChase's firmwide impact pillars across earned media, paid media, owned channels, and key stakeholders (internal and external). In addition, you will oversee a talented team of impact pillar communications leads who specialize in their respective issue areas and be a key partner to both the Global Philanthropy team as well as the Firmwide Impact Marketing team, which is charged with the firm's paid media efforts to highlight our firmwide impact story. You will manage all of the communications needs of the Global Philanthropy Department along with the strategy and execution of firmwide pillar narratives. You will also be responsible for setting long-term strategy and leading day to day execution of issues management across the Corporate Responsibility Department, including crisis communications support as needed.**Job responsibilities:**+ Lead day to day execution of issues management across the Corporate Responsibility Department and firmwide communications priorities, including crisis communications+ Manage team of communicators by providing hands on strategy and execution support and supporting long term career development and goals.+ Lead multi-faceted successful public affairs and advocacy campaigns, and manage complicated projects and complex stakeholders in a matrixed organization to achieve exceptional results.**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**+ 10+ years relevant experience in public affairs, marketing and communications+ Significant communications and management experience in the private sector on issues related to economic growth and inclusivity, with public policy and government relations advocacy, and/or philanthropy and foundations+ Track record of developing and executing compelling public affairs and communications campaigns with measurable results; proven track record shaping earned media coverage, including deep relationships with press and securing earned media placement, including an ability to create and place op-eds in local and national outlets+ Proven ability to develop and manage high impact communications and public affairs campaigns+ Ability to think creatively and operationalize big ideas+ Experience advising and interacting with executive-level management and senior leadership; Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external partners and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities+ Proven experience with and a deep commitment to managing a dynamic team by setting clear strategy and providing hands on support+ Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, including in response to external geopolitical circumstances+ Excellent organizational and time management skills with flexibility to manage constantly changing priorities and timelines+ Commitment to exemplifying the highest standards of integrity and professional excellence+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills requiredJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
