Our approach includes an integrated Corporate Responsibility department, including research, policy, philanthropy, government relations, public engagement and sustainability, as well as deep integration into the business.As a Head of Communications for Research, Policy & Insights, Corporate Responsibility Executive Director you will be responsible for driving a clear and comprehensive strategy for amplifying these thought leadership opportunities with key stakeholders, including national media, policy leaders, community leaders, and beyond. In addition, you will be a critical advisor to the development of thought leadership products and opportunities, a vital coordinator of internal and external information, a key collaborator on advocacy strategies to advance the work, and a relentless leader of outcomes - ranging from delivering robust earned media coverage, creating innovative stakeholder engagement opportunities, developing creative partnerships, and building proactive campaigns to expand the firm's depth and breadth of engagement. You will also coordinate closely with colleagues across Corporate Responsibility, the Corporate Responsibility Communications team and the firm to build strategies that broaden and deepen audience engagement.**Job responsibilities:**+ Lead multi-faceted successful public affairs and advocacy campaigns, and manage complicated projects and complex stakeholders in a matrixed organization to achieve exceptional results.+ Identify and build partnerships internally and externally+ Drive communication of successful business and community outcomes in communities**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**+ 10+ years relevant experience in public affairs, marketing and communications+ Significant communications and management experience in the private sector on issues related to economic growth and inclusivity, with public policy and government relations advocacy, and/or philanthropy and foundations+ Track record of developing and executing compelling public affairs and communications campaigns with measurable results and leading issues management and crisis communications+ Demonstrated ability to develop, pitch and secure earned media and opeds+ Experience advising and interacting with executive-level management and senior leadership+ Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external partners and work work across departments and matrixed organizations to deliver results+ Proven ability to manage teams, set clear direction and provide feedback, and grow talent+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; sound judgment and strong collaborative decision-making skills+ Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to function in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills requiredJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
