We’ve only begun reimaging the future – for our people, our customers, and the world.Let’s create tomorrow together.The primary purpose of the Field/Channel Marketing-Emerging Markets role is to work in partnership with the area channel sales teams, Zebra marketing teams, and partners, to develop marketing strategies and plans, drive demand through regional/partner campaigns, execution of events, and leverage of MDF and COOP. The role will activate, execute and/or develop demand as well as maintain strong field relations. This role drives visibility to, and adoption of, partner enablement, partner co-marketing campaigns, integrated messaging, promote new product launches, and adapt, activate, and execute corporate programs to local market and partner needs. This position also owns the development of annual marketing plans through collaborative planning processes aligned with Zebra’s go-to-market initiatives with the unique strengths of each partner and deliver a plan with clear goals, objectives and metrics. The role is also responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for targeted area(s) including turnkey promotions, programs, and tools which help accelerate growth.Responsibilities:+ Accelerates go-to-market execution and close partner marketing enablement gap. Boost partner go-to-market effectiveness and leverage the Marketing Accelerator platform (programs, tools, content) and associated marketing agencies to develop and execute the partner related marketing initiatives.+ Manages MDF/COOP budgets as assigned. Ensures that the overall marketing program remains within budget and measure program performance vs. assigned sales team pipeline and revenue. Determine marketing influenced and driven results.+ Assist in the development of GTM Strategy along with channel sales leadership, and vertical marketing including, demand creation (including events & ABMs), plus sales / channel enablement.+ Work on content and campaign selection and localization to align with top sales priorities in assigned areas of responsibility.+ Contribute to Regional Solutions Marketing strategy to ensure the partner view is correctly represented in broader marketing efforts.+ Partner with multiple marketing functions, sales, business intelligence, strategy, and services to support the achievement of the channel sales target.+ Be the marketing support for assigned sales teams and partners, across multiple routes to market – direct, partner, distribution, etc.+ Build & nurture a customer reference pipeline in region.+ Create partner GTM marketing plans.+ Influence marketing driven channel pipeline and revenue and provide recommendations.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business discipline+ 5+ years of relevant marketing experience+ 10% travel annuallyPreferred Qualifications:+ Government or healthcare vertical experience strongly preferredKey Skills and Competencies:+ In-depth knowledge of channels of distribution (IT and Value Add) and partner routes-to-market+ Experience transforming business objectives into marketing goals/strategies+ Experience in product, solution and vertical marketing, including integrated campaign development+ Demonstrated ability to drive decisions, deliver results on short timelines, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment+ Understanding of channel GTM readiness and financial health of the channel+ Organizational and communication skills+ Virtual team working and influencing skillsCome join the herd!Zebra is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace All qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identify, national origin, disability and protected veteran status or any other basis prohibited by law.
