The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and engaging communicator with a deep understanding of technology and its application in the enterprise organization. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge solutions that drive our clients' success. The Senior Software Engineer works with project constituents to establish project scope, design system architecture, development and deployment strategies and processes. This role will also interface between third-party vendors and other service delivery groups within Enterprise Technology. The Senior Software Engineer must have the ability to connect with and influence a wide variety of project constituents including both technical and non-technical resources.Key Responsibilities:• Execute upon requirements for web applications and digital media properties built primarily on the LAMP and WordPress tech stacks.• Collaborate with a wide array of Product and Project Managers, business stakeholders, and creative teams to understand business objectives and develop comprehensive technical solutions.• Design and architect scalable, high-performance systems and applications tailored to unique and individual client needs.• Lead the end-to-end solution delivery process, from initial concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.• Fully engage in “hands on” software development• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools to enhance our service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, implementing robust measures to protect client information.• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
