Weber RoadBolingbrook, IL 60490Job Overview:As an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person guests look to when they need help. You are the person our guests see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our guests.Service Advisors have the responsibility of taking our guest through the entire repair process, keeping them informed of the status of their vehicle and ensuring satisfaction before they leave our facility.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet every guest with hospitality and respectPresent the best solution to properly repair vehicles in an easy way for them to understandManage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient mannerConsistently and effectively recommend our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrityMaintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all timesCommunicate on the phone in a clear professional mannerBuild long-term relationships between the store, yourself, teammates, suppliers and the guestDirects, coordinates, and participates in performing guest service activitiesShuttle guests and pick up parts as neededWork together as a team and assist other employees as needed.Qualifications:Current driver’s licensesDriving record acceptable to our current insurance carrierProficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applicationsExperience in Automotive Customer Service and Service salesHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 5 years experience preferredPhysical Requirements:Being dependable and reliable for a position scheduled for Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pmBeing on your feet the majority of the workday (standing, walking, coordinating parts, etc.)Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environmentThis position is located in our "award winning" Bolingbrook, IL shop.Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
