Develop and maintain Spotify’s brand identity and collaborate with other designers and art directors on a variety of projects. Utilize experience in digital design to produce designs quickly. Revise and visually articulate the message to Spotify’s stakeholders. Collaborate with Spotify’s Tech, Engineering and Product teams as well as collaborate cross-functionally within the Marketing organization including Consumer, Brand and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) departments to develop and launch marketing campaigns. Work with internal teams including Label Relations, Spotify Advertising, Growth, HR, and Creator to develop identities and design for communication programs. Work with partner brands to create co-branded merchandise and campaigns. Manage projects and provide design direction working closely to guide the work of external agencies and partners. Work with external vendors and freelancers as needed and lead assigned creative projects. Proactively think about business problems and how to help and contribute through design and design thinking. *Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S..Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field and four (4) years of experience in job offered or related role. Must have four (4) years of experience with: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Media Encode, and Digital Photography; and Keynote, Microsoft PowerPoint, G Suite, and Art Direction. Must have three (3) years of project management experience using Slack.
