Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager preferred.Top Three things Worker will be doing:digital preservation, metadata management, digital collection managementJob Summary:The Digital Librarian is responsible for managing the library''s digital collections and developing content strategies to enhance digital engagement, with a strong preference for experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role involves organizing and maintaining digital assets, implementing effective content management practices, and collaborating across departments to support digital initiatives. The Digital Librarian ensures the digital content is accessible, well-organized, and strategically aligned with the library''s goals.Key responsibilities:1. Digital Asset Management:- Oversee the cataloging, organization, and maintenance of digital assets.- Ensure adherence to metadata standards for enhanced searchability and usability of digital content.- Develop and implement policies and procedures for digital asset management.2. Content Strategy:- Develop and execute content strategies to enhance user engagement and accessibility of digital collections.- Work with stakeholders to identify content needs and create plans to meet those needs.- Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven decisions to improve strategy.3. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Administration:- Manage the AEM platform, including user access, permissions, and troubleshooting.- Design and implement workflows within AEM to streamline content management and publishing processes.- Stay updated on AEM functionalities and best practices to maximize platform efficiency.4. Content Management:- Coordinate the acquisition, digitization, and preservation of digital resources.- Ensure timely and accurate upload and organization of digital content.- Collaborate with content creators to optimize digital assets for various platforms and audiences.5. Collaboration and Support:- Work closely with IT, marketing, and other departments to support digital initiatives and projects.- Provide training and support to staff and users on accessing and utilizing digital resources.- Assist in the development and implementation of digital literacy programs and workshops.6. Data Analysis and Reporting:- Monitor and analyze usage statistics to inform content development and user engagement strategies.- Prepare reports on the status, performance, and impact of digital collections and content strategies.7.
