Job Description
Education:
• Bachelor's in Communication, Marketing, or Business is required
• Great verbal and written communication skills required
• Project management and organizational skills required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Marketing Communications or Communications experience preferred
Job requirements:
• Support our Communications Lead in managing, coordinating, and executing various communication projects.
• Ensure quality and consistency of communications; provide creative support including story/article writing and proofing.
• Focus on communications project management and stakeholder engagement, spending 60% of time on these tasks.
• Conduct quality assurance: proofing, fact-checking, stakeholder approvals.
• Support local photo and video shoots.
• Coordinate metrics scorecard assembly.
• Keep team SharePoint sites organized and updated.
