This position is remote, but candidates must reside locally to the Frisco and Plano, Texas areas.

Job SummaryReporting to the General Manager, the

RN Sales and Marketing Coordinato r is responsible for the business development of the agency by networking and connecting with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales referrals for home care solutions. She/he will coordinate and manage sales and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing & business opportunities.

The position is full-time, with very competitive salary, benefits within 30 days that include PTO, paid holidays, annual bonus potential, PPE and uniforms provided, and annual reviews. This position will be home based, but will require a valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and a personal automobile that is reliable for local travel to complete business development activities with prospective referrers, and to participate in new client assessments, occasional off business hours business development activities, and quality assurance activities.

ResponsibilitiesClient Inquiry Intake and Response - Phone and EmailDevelops a sales and marketing planPlans and creates business development opportunitiesFollows the Qualicare sales system to promote Qualicare servicesConducts a minimum of 35 sales calls per weekEstablishes working rapport with health care professionals and potential referral sourcesConduct professional service presentations and educational sessions with Hospital Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Case Workers, Social Workers, Physicians, and Nurses to identify patients who would benefit from our care.Establish Partnerships with 55+ and Independent Living communities, Assisted Living facilities, and Senior Centers to ensure smooth and seamless referrals.Identifies new business opportunities and creates and builds proposalsManages sales accounts and meets financial targets with respect to sales and business development opportunitiesOffer personalized and compassionate guidance and support to the families and caregivers of prospective clients.Supports the strategy and ongoing activities for all social media communications (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+).Occasional Off Business Hours Community and Business Development ActivitiesSelf DevelopmentOngoing Corporate Training - Occasional Out of State Travel

QualificationsHealthcare sales and marketing experience - at least 2 years requiredStrong hunting and closing skills - at least 2 years requiredRegistered Nurse qualified and licensed to work in the State of Texas - requiredBachelor's degree preferredStrong and compassionate interpersonal and presentation skillsStrong time management and planning skillsComputer proficiency - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM databasesFamiliarity with social media platformsHas a vehicle with a valid driver’s license and car insuranceDetail oriented
