How you’ll make an ImpactAs the Marketing Operations Specialist, you will become the HubSpot hero our marketing and sales teams need. You will help optimize our marketing and sales operations, build new processes that enhance lead generation and nurturing strategies, and execute a robust CRM database strategy aimed at fostering sales growth and generating more marketing-qualified leads and ROI.

Summary of Location and Hours

This is a fully remote positionMonday – Friday, 8am-5pm CST or ESTWhat you will be doing

HubSpot CRM Management:

Oversee the management and optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and website (built in HubSpot). Ensure accurate data entry, maintain data integrity, and provide training to sales team members. and maintain a sales operations process for lead generation across multiple touchpoints.Website Maintenance and SEO:

Regularly update and maintain the HubSpot-built website, ensuring all content is up-to-date and functioning correctly. Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. Monitor website performance metrics and implement necessary updates to enhance user experience and site performance.Design and Implement Campaign Strategies:

Create and manage automated marketing campaigns, improve on-page SEO, develop user segmentation strategies, and build comprehensive reports and dashboards that demonstrate ROI.Campaign Management:

Set up, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns, including emails, workflows, and automation sequences, and work with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful campaigns, and tracking.Lead Management:

Design and execute lead generation, nurturing, and scoring processes within HubSpot to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.Content Management:

Manage scheduling, publishing, and updating digital content across platforms (blogs, website pages, video uploads, and social media).Sales Enablement:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that improve sales productivity, including automation workflows, sales sequences, and performance tracking.Marketing Data Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, and marketing analytics to identify actionable insights and improve lead generation strategy.Sales Data Analysis and Reporting:

Proactively collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management and the sales team. Support the sales team with tools and insights to drive performance.Sales Process Optimization:

Develop, implement, document, and continuously improve sales processes to ensure scalability and efficiency. Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.Performance Metrics:

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Sales and Marketing Alignment:

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute integrated strategies and processes that align sales and marketing around lead generation and conversion.Training and Support:

Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on HubSpot Sales CRM and related tools.You’ll be successful in this role if you have

Minimum of 5-7 years in sales or marketing operations, preferably in a technology-driven environment working at mid-to-enterprise-sized, hyper-growth B2B companies.Certified in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and other related tools for sales and marketing operationsExpertise in setting up marketing automation, structuring sales operations workflows, analytics, reporting, content management, and CRM database management.Experience with graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similar preferred).Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, and graphic design tools.Proficiency in data visualization and reporting, with a flair for presentation and storytelling.Required language skills

Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orallyAbility to write business correspondence and process proceduresAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general publicBonus points for

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $75,000 and $90,000 per year, plus an annual on-target bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
