Position Summary:
This position is responsible for providing labor support for various positions supported by the Support Operations department.
Responsibilities for Marketing Lead Includes but not limited to:
(Can work in Arena Club, Private/Public Events, Consumer Promotions or Players Club)Conducts event/promotion registration and enters guest information into the appropriate software systemUses compute software to register guests in a quick and professional mannerAdministration of Avatar Event Management SystemEffective use of Archtics Ticketing Software, Arena Club TicketingProficient in ACSC, GHS Promotion Tracking SystemKnowledge of Sharepoint/Property information screensAbility to make sound judgments and decisions with dept guidelinesDemonstrates the ability to build a rapport with returning guestsPerforms all Marketing Crew duties when neededMinimum Education and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years oldMust be able to effectively communicate in EnglishPrevious customer service experience or experience dealing with the publicGood communication skillsGood organizational and multi-tasking skillsFriendly, positive and outgoing personalityTraining Requirements:
Varies depending on job assignmentKnowledge of department policies and proceduresKnowledge of the property and its offeringsKnowledge of ticket taking best practices and proceduresKnowledge of the arena's emergency evacuation planSMART Server CertificationPhysical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be able to work on the casino floor with smoke, loud noises, and low lightingMust be able to lift to 50 lbs.Must be able to stand, walk and climb stairs for extended periods of timeMust be able to work outside in various weather conditionsMust be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
