Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a talented Digital Platform & Graphics Specialist on behalf of our client, an innovative communications agency located in
Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Florida !
This position is key to the development and execution of integrated digital and graphic strategies. The Digital Platform & Graphics Specialist will collaborate with senior leadership to create engaging visual content, manage social media accounts, and analyze digital marketing metrics to support the agency's clients in the biotechnology sector.

Developing and deploying client-specific branding, social media graphics, and strategies aligned with corporate initiatives.Collaborating with the Director of Communications to create and implement social media graphics and copy focused on client updates and developments.Translating complex scientific information into accessible visual content using Adobe Creative Cloud.Managing and deploying social media posts and advertisements across various platforms.Monitoring and analyzing digital marketing metrics and providing actionable insights.Engaging with relevant advocacy groups and social media accounts in the healthcare/biotechnology space.Assisting in managing social media for both publicly traded and private clients, including content scheduling and engagement monitoring.Overseeing and managing external contractors for specific projects, such as video editing.Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including SEC and FDA requirements.Presenting ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and managing client budgets effectively.What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.), Loomly, Capcut, Airtable, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong experience in social media advertising and analytical reporting.Excellent writing, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.Creative and innovative with a passion for problem-solving and life sciences.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.Exceptional drive, initiative, and commitment to continuous learning.
