NexGen Heating, Air and Plumbing is seeking a strategic and resuts-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a passion for creating compelling campaigns, experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth to enhance brand presence and the ability to lead a team.

NexGen Heating, Air and Plumbing started 15 years ago looking to make an impact on the Home Service industry by paying close attention to detail, having a strong commitment to our values and a belief that the best way we can serve our customers is by giving back to our community. We've grown to 10 locations across Southern California, with headquarters in Anaheim, servicing customers every day and continuing to grow into the industry standard for all things HVAC and Plumbing. What Will I Do?

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goalsPlan and execute marketing campaigns across all platformsConduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize current strategiesCollaborate closely with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition effortsManage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI for all activitiesMonitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insightsLead and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance cultureBuild and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partnersEnsure all marketing efforts are aligned with the brand's voice and standardsQualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of successful marketing strategy development and executionStrong understanding of various marketing channels and strategies, including digital and traditional mediaExcellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisionsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage budgets and understand financial statementsLeadership experience with a collaborative approach to driving business resultsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
