Summary

The Marketing Specialist- Store Signage supports in the design and production of marketing communication, such as magazines, customer- and employee- facing store communication, and print and digital external advertising . In addition, this individual is responsible for constantly monitoring and reviewing the agreed upon quality of work and coordinates all in-store communication for the marketing department.

What You'll Do

Essential Functions• Oversees and manages assigned project and/or departments data, ensuring it meets predetermined contractual or policy requirements• Conduct data entry and data management for various department projects• Assist with the development of training materials such as manuals, handbooks, presentations, diagrams, workflows, and project plans• Ensure that all project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and change orders, is accurate and up to date• Check all relevant information used in print marketing materials• Create collaborative relationships across internal departments• Attend weekly pre-production and creative meetings and provide creative direction to the creative team• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project timelines are met and signage meets quality standards• Support permanent, seasonal and/or weekly promo signage projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, and vendor selection• Conceptualize creative copy that adheres to the brand voice and tone• Conduct data entry and file management for department projects• Design digital and printed communication to support various campaigns and provide a consistent brand experience for customers in all channels• Accurately prepare creative files and materials for print or digital deployment

What You'll Need

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software• Ability to work independently• Strong research and analytical skills• Marketing knowledge and the ability to present creative direction/ideas• Project Management skills

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)• Ability to operate a camera• Knowledge of retail design and customer brand experience

Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience• Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics or communication• 1-3 years of experience in a related field 3• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
