Job Summary:

The Executive Director, Marketing Backlog Manager will partner with marketing and product leaders across all of JPMorgan Chase & Co. ("the firm") to operate and expand the One Chase Marketing Backlog for all of marketing requests to product teams.

As a Marketing Backlog Manager on the One Chase Performance Marketing team, you will work within the centralized JPMC marketing organization and will support the Chase, J.P. Morgan and corporate brands. As a leader, you will need to understand the current state of our product teams and the associated technology landscape, and work with product teams to move towards our transformation end goals. This strategic role demands a unique combination of business acumen, technological insight, and influential leadership to navigate and succeed within a highly matrixed organization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for "Owning" the One Chase Marketing backlog, starting with Workflows across Line of Business (LOBs), to enable marketing priorities at scale.
  • Partner with product teams in the development of cross-functional roadmaps for new channel capabilities, etc.;
  • Organizing governance and lead necessary cadences to drive towards a common goals on a mutually agreed upon timelines, and oversee the execution.
  • Identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions and quantify potential bottom-line impact.
  • Work closely with the marketing CMOs and product teams to understand current business challenges, identify opportunities and provide an actionable roadmap while partnering with the relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
  • 12+ years leading digital transformation
  • Strategic thinker skilled in translating 'white space' into data-driven solutions with measurable outcomes.
  • Customer-focused product leader championing outstanding experiences through agile, efficient processes.
  • Proven leader promoting strong team culture, clear goal-setting, and effective resource management.
  • Collaborative, influential team player committed to seamless user experiences across channels.
  • High-energy, deadline-driven multitasker dedicated to solutions-oriented outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset transforming data into actionable strategies.
  • Executive-level communicator with proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

**Please note, we are back in the office in a hybrid model (3 days a week) we will not consider 100% remote or other locations if not listed on this requisition
