Prudential Marketing Technology Group is seeking a Senior Adobe Marketing Automation developer who has the right mix of technical skills with passion for managing the dynamics of a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible to work with Business, DevOps and Architecture teams to successfully deliver complex cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and fellow technologists to design, develop and deliver frictionless multi-channel experiences
  • Provide technical guidance and be a technical mentor to SCRUM team. Lead the pre-sprint technical design and grooming activities
  • Drive user story analysis, elaboration and design. Thrives to ensure code quality is high with supporting unit test and automation.
  • Contributes to high-level architecture and drives low-level design. Champion modular design, reuse, separation of concern, high cohesion and loose coupling
  • Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable Prudential standards
  • Enable change, help accelerate innovation and ensure customer delight
  • Drive software development activities to meet schedules and timelines
  • Research problems discovered by QA or product support and develop solutions to the problems
  • Ensure that software standards and quality targets are met

Requirement:
  • Experience developing critical web and server applications in agile environment
  • Possess excellent software architecture, design and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in end-to-end implementations customer experience management solutions and large complex campaign orchestration.
  • 2+ years relevant experience with client-side technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, HTL, CSS3, SASS, Angular 2.0+, React/Redux, Jasmine, Karma, JSON, TypeScript, ES6, NPM, WebPack
  • 3+ years' experience with Marketo
  • Experience in syncing data between Marketo and Salesforce
  • 4+ years' experience with backend technologies including Java, J2EE, Tomcat, REST, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate
  • Extremely proficient in using one of the IDEs like Eclipse, IntelliJ or Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Working experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, AEM & Adobe Experience Platform
  • Knowledge of Responsive and Material design
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and TDD
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git, Artifactory, SonarQube, Selenium, Jenkins is highly desirable
  • Experience with monitoring and logging techniques and tools such as CloudWatch, Nagios, Splunk and Dynatrace etc
  • Marketo Engage Expert Certification preferred

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science

The salary range for this role is from $125,000.00 to $186,100.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
