WAND-TV is searhing for a Production Director/Graphics Operator. This person will be responsible for directing newscasts some days, and then run graphics other days. The schedule may vary, however this will initially be 1 weekend day and 4 weekdays.

SSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Direct/Technical Direct live newscasts and other events.Run Graphics and videos during live newscasts and other events.Run studio cameras when called upon.QUALIFICATIONS
Strong knowledge/understanding of digital video/audio applications.General experience in television is preferred.Understanding of Microsoft Office & File-based workflowsDetail oriented.Drive to learn.Available nights and weekends.SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
High school diploma required. College degree or work toward a degree preferred.Experience:
Studio experience preferred. Stage managing experience preferred.Computer Skills:
Experience with Microsoft applications including Windows operating systems. Knowledge of Windows based media applications is preferred.WAND is centrally located in the Springfield-Decatur-Champaign market in Decatur, Illinois, and offers an incredible low cost-of-living, a family atmosphere, superior culture, and industry-leading benefits.
