Job Overview

Newor Media, an industry-leading advertising monetization platform and Google Certified Publishing Partner, is looking for a highly motivated revenue management professional to lead revenue operations. This highly visible role will work closely with executive leadership as well as sales, and operations to drive topline growth and profitability while learning and growing in a dynamic ad-tech culture.

The Manager will develop and implement enterprise, demand partner, and publisher-level strategies that maximize revenue yield and performance. Additionally, this market-facing role will lead relationship management with key demand partners including DSPs, SSPs, networks, agencies, brands, and 3rd party tech and data platforms.

This market-facing role works closely with enterprise leadership, advertisers, tech partners, and internal stakeholders to maximize revenue through the integration of new demand, pricing and packaging of inventory, and partner optimizations across display, out-stream video, in-stream AI-video, and new channel expansions.

The position requires candidates to live within the U.S. in the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Responsibilities:Apply strong analytical skills and a strategic approach to revenue management to lead and maximize growth and profitable yieldResearch, identify, and onboard new demand partners that grow revenueDevelop and maintain key working relationships with demand partners including DSPs, SSPs, trading desks, agencies, brands, and networksManage new publisher submission processes with Google and all demand partners through launchCollaborate with and support sales on inventory optimization across direct and programmatic sales including PMPs, PG, pricing, packaging, and executionOptimize performance working with SSPs, DSPs, and Ad ServersWork with the Operations team to launch, manage, and report on campaignsCollaborate with Ops to troubleshoot and resolve campaign issuesSupport the Google GCPP relationship by identifying, evangelizing, and driving adoption of revenue-generating betas and optimizationsRequired Skills:

Bachelor's degreeGAM certified with experience optimizing floors and fill ratesMinimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital media, implementation and/or buying with strong industry knowledge; hands-on programmatic a strong plusKnowledge of the Programmatic ecosystem e.g. DSP, SSP platforms, ad servers, etc.Excellent dexterity in Excel and PowerPointExperience working within CRMs & OMSs (Hubspot preferred)
