Udemy is headquartered in San Francisco with global offices in Australia, India, Ireland, Türkiye, and other US locations. Our robust hybrid work model spans San Francisco, Denver, Ankara, Dublin, and Melbourne.

This hybrid position requires two days per week in our San Francisco office.

About This Role

We are seeking a tenured SaaS Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading go-to-market launch and engagement efforts to ensure market success for the products we build. The right person for the role will be someone who cares deeply about our customers, learns and understands how we deliver value to them, and is a powerhouse when it comes to execution.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop messaging and communication strategies that enable the successful adoption of products and features.Build the go-to-market strategy and lead execution that drives awareness and adoption of Udemy products and features on the AWS Marketplace.Create acquisition strategies, engagement tactics, and incentives to build ongoing relationships with AWS Account teams that will increase awareness of Udemy’s value proposition and differentiators for shared customers.Participate in a regular cadence of business and sales pipeline review meetings with AWS and Udemy sellers.Track the competitive landscape, market gaps, and audience trends to enable the product development process to ensure what we’re building delivers true value.Lead, influence, and collaborate closely with product, marketing, and go-to-market leaders to execute material updates or rollouts.Partner with the research team to form a deep knowledge of our audience that will effectively inform our communication strategy.Advocate for customers by developing a deep understanding of their motivations and how their needs align with the goals of learners and the business.What You’ll Have

5-7 years experience in product marketing at a fast-growing company (AWS desired).Strong track record of delivering against KPIs that range from awareness & perception through to adoption, usage, and loyalty.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with deep strength in storytelling, with an ability to bring together multiple sources.Wildly cross-functional collaboration style, breaking down barriers, reaching across teams and pushing things to completion.Technical aptitude with a natural curiosity about how things work.Comfortable investing time in emerging technologies and applying those learnings.Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and lead go-to-market plan execution.Strong analytical mindset with a disposition toward data-driven decision-making.Proven experience leading, project managing, and executing large multi-faceted projects and comfortable working with external stakeholders and partners.International experience marketing products to different user segments in different geos a plus.We understand that not everyone will match each of the above qualifications. Hiring Compensation Range

$136,000—$170,000 USD
