Join us on our adventure to fulfill a life of well-being together with pets and their parents.At Wellness Pet, we are looking to build our in-house team with the addition of a Senior Graphic Designer that will be responsible for designing world-class packaging and award-winning PDP assets. The ideal candidate will be a passionate designer who can work across print and digital with a strong focus on packaging. To be successful in this role, you must be strong conceptually and creatively, as well as a hands-on designer who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams. This role is based in our Burlington, MA headquarters and reports to the Creative Director.What You’ll AccomplishDesign compelling and innovative packaging to attract and inform the consumer and ultimately drive salesUtilize problem-solving skills to develop creative packaging solutionsAdapt existing artwork for different products or to include new sizes or variationsWork with cross-functional teams to process feedback, edit artwork, and finalize filesContribute technical and production-related expertise to build and prepare packaging files for pre-press and printing in accordance with brand standards and vendor requirementsProduce packaging rendersPartner with our brand and e-commerce teams to create innovative brand-right PDP assets to entice the consumer and drive salesFollow and maintain brand guidelines and design standards to ensure a consistent visual identity across different platforms and channelsWho We’re Looking ForTeam Wellie is a group of people who are truly obsessed with all the best ways about winning for the consumer and the pets they love.
