Submit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.Position Summary The Marketing Technology Analyst is responsible for the management and optimization of our customer data platform, ensuring that we can extract the most value out of our data. Responsibilities include identifying, creating, and testing target audiences to whom we can better market our brand and offerings through intelligent segmentation. Additionally, this position will ensure the CDP adheres to data compliance standards and legal regulations, performs in accordance with industry standards and guidelines, and new technologies and innovations are successfully integrated to optimize our marketing efforts. This role is integral in the management of new data sources, system integrations, audience segmentation building, data cleansing and enabling, and CDP-driven marketing capabilities.Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day governance and maintenance of the marketing Customer Database Platform (CDP) working closely with partners and cross-functional teams to ensure 100% data compliance and all guidelines and regulations are met according to industry standards.Maintain internal stakeholder relationships, serving as the primary day-to-day contact with marketing teams, IT, and vendors.Build out and document the framework for data & segment activation for marketing channels.Build segments and audiences for use in marketing campaigns and automated dynamic messaging.Oversee and track use case activation success.Oversee and track testing and optimization efforts.Create reporting to support post-mortem analysis on campaigns and project initiatives to measure engagements, action, outcomes, learnings, sales effectiveness, return on ad spend (ROAS), and return on investment (ROI).Manage platform accessibility, settings, internal user support, and training to drive utilization.Continuously monitor data inputs from data warehouse/data sharing tools and outputs to end users, ensuring methodologies and practices comply with company and industry standards.Identify, promote, and drive changes in processes and procedures needed to ensure we collect better data into the CDP.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related working experience.3+ years of experience in a CDP, or related data platform.Strong expertise in data management including data strategy, data quality, and data governance.Experience in data modeling and architecture.SQL experience.Experience building segments.Experience with ETL processes.Hawaiian Airlines is regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT - regulation, 49 CFR part 40) and all applicants are advised that post-offer and/or pre-employment drug testing will be conducted to determine the presence of Marijuana, Cocaine, Opioids, PCP (Phencyclidine), and Amphetamine prior to any offer of employment or transfer into a safety-sensitive position. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.Strong understanding of Marketing Technology tools (Email/Marketing automation system, Personalization tools, Analytics tools).Experience with RedPoint MDM and RPI.Understanding of direct-to-consumer digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, display advertising campaigns, and paid advertising.About Hawaiian Airlines Now in its 94th year of continuous service, Hawaiian is Hawaiʻi's biggest and longest-serving airline.
