Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.We're looking for a B2B marketer with agency and media ad sales marketing experience to join our Agency Enterprise Sales Marketing team. Our team is comprised of marketers who strategize, activate, measure, and optimize agency partner cohort initiatives to help accelerate advertising revenue growth for Walmart Connect.Harness your strategic intelligence, digital media acumen, agency knowledge, and creativity in lockstep with Agency Enterprise Sales Marketing leadership to develop and execute agency partner marketing strategies by writing compelling content, developing sales enablement and L&D materials, and creating project plans, goals, KPIs, and success metrics for marketing initiatives.What you'll do

Work with the Agency Partnerships team and cross-functional teams, such as Product Marketing, Tech Partner Marketing, Brand Marketing, Events, Corporate Communications, and Research & Analytics to drive adoption and advertiser growth.

Tactical elements may include creating agency presentations and collateral in PowerPoint, writing speeches and scripts for agency events, developing agency-driven case studies, marketing templates, and newsletter content, operationalizing marketing plans, and crafting messaging for paid media.

Showcase your storytelling prowess by developing narratives that demonstrate how Walmart Connect solves challenges for agency partners and their clients.Partner with the Training & Education team and cross-functional teams to develop marketing programs, best-in-class educational tools, and collateral to scale L&D and Certification adoption among agency partners.Develop agency partner marketing strategies and success metrics for industry events, write speeches and talking points for agency events, prep Walmart Connect speakers for agency engagements, and support activations.Demonstrate your marketing savvy and autonomy by driving agency partner marketing projects end-to-end (strategy, execution, measurement, optimization) with Agency Enterprise Sales Marketing leadership's support and cross-functional inputs.Contribute to the success of Agency Enterprise Sales Marketing by helping the team achieve OKRs within budgetary and timeline scope while ensuring projects support the broader business objectives of the Agency Partnerships team and Walmart Connect.Work with Agency Enterprise Sales Marketing leadership and Marketing Operations to build a strong operational foundation that supports future scale.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field and 2 years' experience in marketing or a related field OR 4 years' experience in marketing or a related field.5+ years of relevant professional experience in areas such as B2B marketing, marketing strategy, media ad sales marketing, Agency Holding Company business services, retail media, programmatic, eCommerce, tech partner marketing (APIs).Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills that encourage cross-functional teamwork and strategic thinking.A proven track record and passion for:

Storytelling and presentation writing.B2B marketing strategies.Speech writing and speaker preparations.Sales enablement plans.Narrative development and presentation creation, inclusive of case study decks.

Proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products.Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced matrixed environment with effective time management skills.Ability to use research and insights to craft compelling narratives.Proactive, flexible, and willingness to pitch in as Walmart Connect continues to rapidly scale and evolve.Ability to understand complex business operations and drive efficiencies through process improvements.Detail-oriented and organized, with an appreciation for trackers and process documents.Ability to communicate and operationalize strategy.Familiarity with advertising solutions such as programmatic, search, display (on- and off-site), DSP, DOOH, social, CTV, livestreaming, etc.Agency and/or Retail Media experience preferred.Position Locations

San Bruno, CALos Angeles, CAHoboken, NJHybrid Schedule: 3 days a week in the office (not a remote/virtual position).Salary and Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00 (Hoboken, NJ and Los Angeles, CA) and $104,000.00-$202,000.00 (San Bruno, CA).
