ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute audience marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement within the Power Platform communities.Participate in and drive marketing activity in community events, including the Power Platform Community Conference and Global Power Platform Bootcamps.Collaborate with the Community team to engage with, amplify, and drive growth for community programs like MVPs, user groups, super users, and community sites.Create and execute community focused campaigns, including the ‘Power Addict’ campaign in different languages globally.Collaborate with the Cloud Advocacy team to update the Power Platform learning across Microsoft Learn, Udacity, and other sites as necessary.Manage the marketing aspects of the Power Platform Powerup career hub and share individual success stories on YouTube and community pages to drive awareness.Build and manage an editorial calendar and amplification plan across all the marketing channels driving cross group collaboration and success across web, social, and more.

QualificationsRequired/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience3 years' experience in product marketing, audience marketing, and growth initiativesExperience in event management, social media campaigns & community engagement

Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experienceCommunication and collaboration skillsKnowledge of the Power Platform and its ecosystem Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
