organically reached over 17 million users , allowing them to analyze, track, and compare their musical tastes while connecting directly with their favorite artists.

As a

Senior Product Manager,

you will be pivotal in shaping the future of our music analytics and discovery platform. You'll lead product development initiatives that enhance user engagement and growth across both B2C and B2B segments, leveraging our existing data to expand into new services.

You’ll love it here if:

You prefer flexible hours, unlimited time off, and the ability to work from anywhere.

You are naturally curious and eager to drive impact for both the users and the business.

You enjoy wearing multiple hats - we value experts but appreciate jacks of all trades.

You thrive in a drama-free, calm, and systematic problem-solving environment.

You love challenges and are always ready to roll up your sleeves.

You believe in working smarter, not harder - prioritizing productivity and quality over punching the clock.

Above all, you follow your passion and have fun while doing it.

Your MissionWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the app's core experience. In this role, you will support the General Manager and CPO and work closely with the cross-functional product team.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a track record of delivering 0-to-1 or 1-to-10 product initiatives from ideation to launch with a sprinkle of entrepreneurship experience. Must have several years of experience in discovering and solving user problems in the consumer space.

You are the "Pioneer" archetype and love the thorny early stages of product development, figuring out how to make a product that works for its users. You thrive working in dynamic environments with high levels of freedom and are at home operating with a lean cross-functional team across multiple product initiatives at a time.

What you’ll be doing

Craft a strategy for how our music-statistic app can create differentiated and defensible offerings that get us closer to our long-term product vision and win buy-in for this at every level in the company.

Get to know our users and uncover their needs and pain points. Look beyond the numbers to deeply understand how our users interact with and get value from our product.

Shape outcome-focused product goals and an ambitious experiment-driven roadmap to validate, prototype, and push forward new ideas and concepts.

Drive execution, working iteratively and collaboratively with design, engineering, analytics, monetization, and many others to rapidly build, learn, and iterate.

Communicate effectively with people of all levels of seniority. You’ll get people inspired by the product vision, and you’ll share the right context with the right people at the right time.

Lead planning processes and associated roadmap prioritization using an appropriate blend of effort, upside, and risk, ensuring that your team is working on the highest impact priorities that contribute to broader business goals.

Improve the efficiency of the product development process, particularly in the ideation, prototyping, and early-validation stages.

Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape and market trends.

What you’ll need to succeed:

You’ve extensive experience in shipping successful mobile consumer products in a fast-growing company.

You’re passionate about building great products for users, but you also deeply understand what makes your product succeed commercially.

You start from first principles. You’ve previously built products that tackled long-standing user problems in a new way or otherwise broke from the industry status quo. You’re not satisfied with simply building the same product your competitors offer.

You’re full of novel ideas and creative solutions and able to tease them out of others, too.

Knowledge of gamification for non-gaming apps and feedback loop implementation.

You’re data-driven, relentless about metrics, intellectually honest about how your work is performing, and driven to improve it continuously.

You’re flexible and fluid in your approach to work. With enough research, you can develop a point of view on market outlooks and cultural trends. With enough debate, you are capable of changing that point of view.

You bring product sense in spades, and rolling up your sleeves is your default approach.

You can work and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and working styles to get stuff done, and can thoughtfully and constructively challenge and influence the people you work with.

Bonus points:

It’s great if you’ve worked on music tech, music streaming, gaming, community or entertainment products, but it’s not essential.

Experience with SQL and data analysis.

Experience with data products, machine learning-driven products, and recommendation algorithms.
