We are responsible for driving full-funnel product education, product adoption, and revenue across TikTok's eCommerce products. This team is the voice of the market and collects, prioritizes, and shares meaningful insights with the product team to shape the future of TikTok's eCommerce products.ResponsibilitiesYou have a passion for navigating ambiguity, crafting messaging, and influencing strategy as a GTM Leader.You enjoy working cross-functionally across Product Management, Marketing, Partners, UX Design, Research, and Sales to introduce a new suite of products to the US.Drive go-to-market strategies - including targeting, segmentation, positioning, value props, messaging, marketing channels, and budgets - across the seller journey to convert, grow, and retain our sellers.Partner with marketing teams to ensure the product suite is on-message and maximized across each channel.Develop and implement data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to promote product growth and retention.Track marketing program performance and improve through continuous testing.Be the Subject Matter Expert for your product: help sellers with white glove product support, build roadmaps, run enablement sessions, participate in QA testing.Be the Voice of the Customer by managing input and feedback from various types of users (end-users, merchants, creators, employees).Partner with Product Management, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to identify impactful product opportunities and prioritize efforts.Build research to help influence Product Roadmap: ROI analysis, dependency analysis, and other techniques to prioritize the product requirements.Qualifications10+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing in eCommerce, social commerce.Experience working with product management, analytics, and design to scale products.Experience in growth and lifecycle marketing via email, in-product, content marketing, and other owned channels.Ample experience working with and influencing cross-functional partners (marketing, design, copywriting).Familiarity with marketing automation, A/B testing, and analytical tools.Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in related fields (MBA, computer science) preferred.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
