SUMMARY:Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director of Digital Marketing to play a pivotal role in advancing brand and business objectives through strong digital engagement, effective campaign execution, a superior online web experience, and high-impact content. The successful candidate will have proven expertise in digital marketing strategies and initiatives designed to build awareness and generate demand among key customers, prospects, and influencers. Serves as lead digital marketing subject matter expert, drawing on deep expertise in health technology and B2B engagement.QUALIFICATIONS:Education:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communicationsExperience:• 15+ years experience in health, technology, biotech, or higher education• Track record of success in digital marketing campaigns, content, and web experience• Strong digital creative, website development, and agency management skills• Excellent project management and organizational skillsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Develop and implement a robust digital marketing strategy that integrates brand and business objectives spanning web platforms, SEO, CRM, and related programs, to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and partners to execute high-impact digital/web-based online marketing strategies.• Create and activate innovative digital marketing solutions and high-impact content that contributes to a superior customer experience• Uncover business and end-user needs that lead to innovative digital recommendations and optimize the organization's operating model• Oversee key digital properties, awareness-building, and demand generation campaigns, leveraging the company’s current and new website• Lead agency resources including creative and measurement plans aligned to clear strategies, objectives, buyer personas, and best practices• Support marketing automation initiatives that move prospects from awareness to conversion• Provide bi-annual web analytics reporting and compare the site features with industry peers and global bests, coupled with proposals for site improvements• Stay abreast of industry best practices, new digital intelligence technologies, and advancements in digital measurement• Establish and achieve strategic objectives and key performance metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives• Ensure that all digital platforms and programs adhere to company policies, compliance, and legal requirements• Adhere to the Code of Conduct as outlined in the Baylor Genetics Compliance Program• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:Remote position with ability to travel as required for key eventsFrequently required to sitFrequently required to standFrequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterityFrequently required to talk or hearFrequently required to utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboardEEO Statement:Baylor Genetics is proud to be an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
