As our Senior Product Manager for Audience Platform, you will lead the evolution of our self-service audience creation tool to help users build custom audiences from a wide array of data attributes to help power marketing. You will drive advancements, develop new product features, and streamline existing capabilities to increase scalability and overall usability. You need to have the curiosity and insights to identify the pervasive problems marketers face and develop differentiated solutions that solve them. To be successful in this role, you’ll need the ability to communicate the value of these solutions both internally and externally, and own product development from strategy through development and launch. You will work collaboratively with our customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, coordinate alongside Technology resources, and guide the product through key milestones.What you’ll doBuild a roadmap for your products that clearly maps to business value and supports our collective strategic goalsDevelop, maintain, and prioritize the backlog working alongside Technology in an Agile framework to develop your product features and bring them to market continuously while balancing Tech needsTranslate business needs into technical requirements that are shared and understood with Technology, Delivery teams, and other stakeholdersHelp define and design the Audience Platform’s user journey and experience alongside UX – focusing on building a scalable, intuitive, and self-serve platformWork closely with other Agile product teams to help facilitate development with other functional teams across a value streamIncorporate current industry trends and technology compliance requirementsDevelop a strong ‘voice of customer’ via continuous communication with sales and both current and prospective clientsGrow usage of the Audience Platform by continuing to add features, iterating to increase overall product valueDrive more sales and usage of data through the use of the Audience PlatformWork alongside Sales, Product Strategy and Product Marketing to clearly state the problems your products solve, the value they generate and how they stand out from the competitionCoordinate the delivery of market and client facing documents supporting product releases and sales activityCollaborate with training support and customer success teams to optimize system usage

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in an Agile software development environmentExcellent understanding of the programmatic advertising and marketing technology space including how audiences are used in leading activation channelsExpertise in the demand, supply, social, and advanced TV space including CTVExperience building and managing audience creation tools including the use of lookalike models, onboarding, and taxonomies to structure audience hierarchiesProven track record of effective delivery in a fast-paced organization, recognizing the need for business planning and agile deliveryExcellent presentation skills and influencing ability in order to explain our product capabilities to clients, leadership, and internal stakeholders and drive their development, adoption, and growthPerks20 days of vacation accrued annually, five sick days, and two volunteer days (plus twelve paid holidays)Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package, with a bonus target of 15%This role can be 100% remote long-term or you can work out of one of our officesPeople-focused culture where personal and professional growth is prioritizedRecognition and celebration of performance and achievementsPower to bring your whole self to work – where your differences and values will be respected and celebratedEmployee Resource Groups set up and run by employees, for employees. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education.
