Experian's vision is for people, data, and technology to become a necessary part of every major consumer economy around the world.As a Group Product Manager, you will lead the client-facing aspect of our digital and offline identity graphs and be a leader within the product management team focused on the evolution of the advertising industry's leading identity platform. You will be an important individual contributor to the team that establishes and executes the product strategy across Experian's identity products.You will report to the Senior Director of Product Management.You'll have the opportunity to:+ Enable the Go-To-Market Strategy of Experian's digital and offline identity graphs and related graph-enabled products+ Guide strategy and commercial roadmap for Experian's graphs and related graph-enabled products+ Embedded with clients to understand the uses, challenges, and needs of Experian's graphs+ Weigh and justify product development between short-term needs for feature support and long-term strategic direction+ Collaborate with Experian Product teams to guide new feature development and enhancements to meet market needs+ Collaborate with the Experian Marketing team to launch new products and features and amplify their positioning in the market+ Interpret changing industry demands to define appropriate product alignment and prioritization+ Partner with the leadership team to establish and track quarterly OKRs and communicate progress on regular commercial roadmap reviews+ Engage with Experian sales teams and clients where Product leadership is required to convey product capabilities and determine ideal solutions that fit their needsYour background:+ 10+ years' experience within the ad-tech and/or mar-tech industry+ 5+ years' experience in a product management role at an ad-tech or SaaS company+ Experience with iterative product development (Agile): delivering value to customers early while still working towards a broader strategic vision+ Experience in shipping and iterating upon an ad-tech product to increase revenue and client retention+ Active engagement within the ad-tech industry, including working experience with IAB, NAI, DAA, Prebid, or other standards-setting groups+ The ability to understand technology that the market uses relative to identity across multiple sectors such as demand-side, supply-side, publishers, connected TV, and advertisers+ Proficient in the development of competitive assessments and positioning, product planning and roadmap definition, sales training, and presentationsPerks:+ Great compensation package and bonus plan+ Core benefits including full medical, dental, vision, and matching 401K+ Flexible work environment, ability to work remote, hybrid or in-office+ Flexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidaysOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
