A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.Company Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc.Job Description The Senior Product Manager, HCP Marketing plays a major role in the design, development and execution of marketing strategies for assigned product(s) within the Rare Disease franchise with an emphasis on HCPs. The development of short, mid, and long-term strategies, annual brand plans, tactical plans and related measurement activities in rare diseases is complex and involves several internal and external partners. As such, the Senior Product Manager requires scientific acumen, strong knowledge and application of marketing disciplines, as well as effective leadership skills to ensure best in class execution, superior collaboration and effective decision-making. The Senior Product Manager is a senior member of the marketing team and regularly interacts with senior management and others across the company. The role reports to the Head of Marketing, Rare Disease.Main Responsibilities & Job Expectations

Play a major role in the development & implementation of creative/innovative, patient-centric and appropriate HCP marketing strategies and plans that are fully integrated across the team to ensure seamless execution.Contribute to a significant impact on the achievement of all the marketing KPIs associated with assigned brands.Identify potential significant - positive or negative - deviations as early as possible and provide management updates. When course correction is required recommend or make adjustments with a sense of urgency.Ensure effective and efficient cross-functional collaboration and alignment with other stakeholders and teams including marketing teams, sales, medical affairs, managed care, reimbursement, business analytics, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance in and outside the Business Unit to appropriately meet or exceed brand objectives.Develop and deliver clear and comprehensive business reviews as required.Support the coordination of all required resources – internally and externally – to ensure effective and seamless achievement of goals.Manage third-party/external vendors to support plans and activities, e.g effectively manages third-party firm performance through all stages of delivery.Work closely with the Rare Disease leadership team to contribute to the development and realization of the business units' vision and plans.Functional Competencies As a Senior Product Manager Focused On Rare Diseases, The Incumbent Is Expected To Have, Develop And Apply The Following Functional Competencies:Market, Disease and Product KnowledgeBusiness Analytics and InsightsCustomer Understanding, especially PatientStrategic MarketingOperational Planning and project managementCustomer EngagementKnowledge, Abilities, & Experience

BA/BS is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.At least 4 years of experience in a commercial marketing role within biopharma, focused on HCP marketing.At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or marketing-related role focused in rare disease or specialty areas.Ideally experience in launching new products, preferably within rare disease or specialty pharma.Previous experience in supporting development and execution of brand strategic and tactical plans.Demonstrated ability to interact with internal stakeholders across functions, including senior leaders across the organization.Strong ability to interact with external stakeholders, including medical thought leaders, organized patient organizations, and others.Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding quantitative and qualitative targets.Able to work in a hybrid arrangement, including a mix of in-office and remote working from our Cambridge, MA office (we will not consider remote candidates for this role).IPSEN is an equal opportunity employer that strictly prohibits unlawful discrimination.
