Responsibilities and Duties:Support and evolve the influencer and social media strategy for the Samsung Home Entertainment (HE) line of businessExperience leading all aspects of roadmaps for cross-functional global teams and coordinating resources across large groupsPartner with the performance marketing team to build a data-driven approach for tracking performance for both organic social and influencer engagementCreate content plans and brief the agency on necessary deliverables for campaigns, evergreen and promotional campaigns, identifying specific platforms to lean into for each.Identify emerging trends and platforms relevant to Home Entertainment business to test and learn as early adopters, as well as opportunities for brand and salesShare out campaign reporting, synthesize learnings, and distill key action items to internal teams, educating broader Home Entertainment team on social & influencer’s contribution to the businessSupport innovative and impactful strategic marketing initiatives for the purpose of generating a best-in-class consumer experience.Manage opportunities for test & learn program, and personalizationMonitor and execute multiple initiatives & projects simultaneouslySupport digital agency of record and vendor partnersSkills And Qualifications

Background/Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, or a related field required plus a minimum of 10+ years in a relatable role with significant experience in the management and leadership of digital marketing, strategy, CX, content, design & experiencesPrevious experience working in an agency environment and/or in house on the client-side is preferred where strategic thinking, analytics, and organization were critical to successExperience overseeing editorial, branded content, and marketing creative campaigns across various content formats, from articles to video to audioWorking experience in content management systems and web technologyStrong project management, problem-solving, verbal/written communication, and excellent multitasking skillsProven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-functional teamPassion for building relationships and proactive communicationMotivated and strong detail-oriented approachesUnderstanding of quantitative and qualitative measurement frameworks and KPIs for a branded eCommerce web siteFluent in Confluence and JIRA preferredAdvanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are requiredAvid consumer of pop culture and trend-spotter in culturally relevant social media and influencer spacesRegular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) have access to benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Employee Purchase Program, Tuition Assistance (after 6 months), Paid Time Off, Student Loan Program (after 6 months), Wellness Incentives, and many more.
